The Best Ever Turkey Burger
The recipe for a juicy, flavorful, turkey burger that is leaner and healthier than your standard beef!
I’ve tried a lot of turkey burgers and tried to make them just as tasty as a beef burger. Usually the end result just does not beat the almighty beef burger. Turkey is typically leaner, harder to form, and dries out easier. It’s not as forgiving or naturally flavorful as beef.
This turkey burger recipe is bar none, the best I’ve ever made and have ever had. I also put on a sriracha mayo sauce that I love on top and that really put it over the top.
We use this sriracha mayo recipe in our home all the time. We originally made it for our black bean burger recipe.
Another way to elevate the flavor in any burger is the toasting of the bun. If you are just toasting your bun in a toaster, YOU’RE DOING IT WRONG! Listed below in the recipe steps you’ll see how I toast my buns to get the absolute most flavor.
I’m not lying, these are the best turkey burgers I’ve ever had! Enjoy!
