A classic cheese omelette, made Gordon Ramsay’s way.

The Gordon Ramsay method to make an omelette

I’ve made three Gordon Ramsay’s egg recipes (click for scrambled eggs, and poached eggs) now and they have always been a crowd favorite. I don’t think this one will disappoint! It hasn’t for me! I will say that this one took the longest for me to get down and imitate.

I think the omelette does take a little more finesse than the other two Gordon Ramsay egg recipes I posted, and he doesn’t have a video out there as clear and concise in making an omelette like he does scrambled and poached eggs.

The Gordon Ramsay method to make an omelette

Although, this may take you a few times to master in your own way, it’s for sure worth it! The other egg recipes changed the way I make those type eggs forever, and this one has as well. I grew up with almost brown, crunchy omelettes cooked all the way through, and folded in half. This omelette is creamy, fluffy, tucked and folded, and much more flavorful to me. There’s a reason Gordon Ramsay is Gordon Ramsay! He does things right! This omelette method is on another level than those I’ve been around for a lifetime! Enjoy,
