Ingredients

  • 10.5 oz can condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • approximately 3 cups shredded chicken (I used a store-bought Rotisserie)
  • 2 sleeves Ritz crackers crushed OR Ritz Seasoned Coating Mix (pictured below)
  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon poppy seeds

How to Make This Recipe

  1. Mix together the condensed soup, sour cream, and poppy seeds.
  2. Add the chicken and mix until chicken is coated.
  3. Transfer to a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle the Ritz crumbs on top of the chicken mixture.
  5. Drizzle the butter over the cracker crumbs.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
