Whole Smoked Chicken
How to smoke an entire juicy, flavorful, chicken.
Chicken is one of the best universal meats around in my opinion. It is so versatile, flavorful, and super lean (the white meat at least). From drumstick to breast, you can find different cuts of a chicken in about any restaurant.
Here is a simple way to smoke a whole chicken and make use of the entire bird. Enjoy!
