Ingredients

- 1 (4-ounce) can diced green chiles
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped
- 2 tablespoons salted butter
- garlic salt and black pepper, to taste
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
Instructions
- Add all ingredients to the instant pot. Stir to combine, making sure the rice is evenly distributed and submerged.
- Secure the lid, set the valve to sealing, and cook on Manual/Pressure Cook (High) for 3 minutes.
- When the cook time is done, let the pressure release naturally for 10 minutes, then carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
