Instant Pot Blackened Chicken Burrito Bowl
A very easy instant pot dinner made of healthy staples like rice, chicken, and beans!
I’m ashamed to admit, but i have not been part of the tex-mex craze that has taken over American until recent. I didn’t even know what it was honestly. I had of course heard of Chipotle but hadn’t ever gone out of my way to have it.
I work at a small University and they recently implemented a tex-mex restaurant and I decided to eat there. It doesn’t get much more simple. Rice, a tortilla, choice of beans, chicken or steak, cheese, and a few different salsas and sauces.
