What’s in these Monster Cookie Energy Bites?

Just a few simple ingredients! Make these gluten free and dairy free by omitting the M&Ms and using DF dark chocolate chips.
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup mini M&Ms
These no bake Monster Cookie Energy Balls are made with nutritious, filling ingredients to give you energy and satisfy your sweet tooth.

How to Make Monster Cookie Energy Balls

1. Melt the peanut butter in a large bowl in the microwave. Add the honey and stir until smooth.
2. Mix in the oats until completely coated in the peanut butter and honey.
3. Make sure the mixture has cooled before mixing in the chocolate chips and M&Ms (but if it’s still warm enough to melt the chocolate, don’t worry– they’ll still taste good!).
4. Scoop the mixture and roll into balls. 
5. Keep chilled until ready to eat!
