Healthy Chocolate Chip Peanut Butter Energy Bites
These energy bites are easy to make with simple and healthy ingredients that are of course delicious.
I am currently coaching football full-time at a small university. One of the other coaches recently brought in some energy bites that he made and they were bomb. I told my wife about them and naturally we both ended up wanting some.
We are currently in the depths of our busy season right now so my wife has actually been helping out and making some of these recipes. She made these and after I photographed them, I went on the road for a couple of days. When I came back there they were in the fridge. However, come to find out, they were SOOO GOOOOOD that my wife and son couldn’t contain themselves and they had eaten the whole first batch while I was gone and she had made a brand new batch!
These are only made up of four simple and wholesome ingredients and are incredibly easy to make. I’m definitely going to be trying different variations and testing those out over the coming months. These are a must try!

After finding these on IG, I knew I had to make them! As much as I love dark chocolate, all I had on hand was mini semi-sweet chocolate chips. They came together so easily and are fabulous tasting! Thank you for this recipe! I know I'll be making them often.
