Flavorful and easy crockpot carne asada.

Crockpot Carne Asada

I have always grilled my carne asada  and love it that way of course. However, is there a wrong way to have carne asada? I came to the conclusions that there is not, and therefore wanted to try crockpot carne asada. It is incredibly easy to make and easy to clean.

All it took was for me to throw my beef into the crockpot along with a few other flavors, set it to low for 6 – 8 hours, and enjoy flavorful and fall apart carne asada when finished.

Crockpot Carne Asada

I love carne asada, but when grilled the meat is chewy sometimes. I don’t mind that, but it was refreshing to try the same meat cooked differently in almost a shredded form. I feel like this method of cooking carne asada allows for the additional flavors added to really be highlighted in the meat’s flavor.

Enjoy!
