Juicy BBQ ribs baked right in your oven! These 1 ½ hour ribs are the ultimate easy comfort food — perfect for game day or dinner night in.
Ingredients
- 1 rack of ribs
- 1 1/4 cup of your favorite rub
- 1 cup of your favorite BBQ Sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 425ºF
- Peel membrane off back of ribs
- Smother back and front of ribs in rub
- Brush BBQ sauce on both sides
- Wrap tightly in tinfoil, place on baking sheet, and place in oven for 1 hour 20 mins
- Remove ribs, unfold tinfoil, sauce again, and broil on 500ºF for 5-10 mins and desired caramelizing has taken place, remove, and enjoy!
