Easy Breakfast Sliders
Scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheddar cheese sandwiched inside a sweet, buttery Hawaiian roll. The only thing better than how these taste is how easy they are to make for a crowd!

Easy Scrambled Eggs Breakfast Sliders
INGREDIENTS:
- 12 Hawaiian Sweet Rolls (like King’s Hawaiian Rolls)
- 12 eggs, scrambled with S&P
- 6-8 slices cheddar cheese
- 12 pieces of bacon, cooked and chopped
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp mustard
INSTRUCTIONS:
- Cut the rolls in half horizontally, keeping them in a single layer. Place the bottom half into a baking dish.
- Layer on top of the rolls: the scrambled eggs, bacon, and cheese slices. Place the top layer of the rolls on top.
- Whisk together the melted butter, brown sugar, and mustard. Brush mixture over the tops of the rolls.
- Cover with foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 4-5 minutes until tops are lightly toasted. Serve immediately
