Blender Protein Waffles (Gluten Free)

I’ll admit, the recipes we post here are good (to us at the least) or else we wouldn’t post them. HOWEVER, there are only a few that repeatedly show up on our kitchen table. Some aren’t practical to make routinely. DISCLAIMER: THIS IS ONE OF THOSE RECIPES!
These waffles are made out of a few, whole ingredients, and they are all so good for you. Old fashioned oats, cottage cheese, eggs, a little honey, vanilla, and baking powder. That is it! Add them all together, blend them, cook them, and eat!
Blender Protein Waffles (Gluten Free)
Blender waffles packed with protein, low in fat, and made up of all a few whole ingredients (Gluten Free)
Ingredients
- 3 cups old fashioned oats
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 6 eggs
- 2 Tbsp honey
- 2 Tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Add all ingredients into blender
- Blend until uniform batter (decently thick)
- Scoop 1/4 cup waffle batter onto each 1/4 of greased and heated waffle iron
- If your waffle iron beeps or signals when ready, I let my waffles cook for two rounds
- Serve and top!
