  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 tsp baking soda
  • 2 tsp cream of tartar
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar + 1 tablespoon cinnamon for rolling

Instructions
