Grilled Brie & Jam
A simple but harmonious combination of flavors with soft and smooth brie and rich jam.
Such a simple combination, but sophisticated flavor and texture profile of which I can’t get enough! It couldn’t be more simple, same concept as a grilled cheese. Get your favorite bread, brie cheese, and your favorite jam (we like blackberry), and you’re ready to go to town! Slice the brie and place it on one side, spread jam generously on other side, place together and grill over a medium-heated and buttered pan for a few minutes and voila!
This has become an instant staple as a quick and easy meal for our family. I know I’m late to the brie and jam party, and if you are in the same boat, wait no longer!

Grilled Brie & Jam

Ingredients
- 1 package soft brie
- your favorite jam/jelly
- bread or rolls
Instructions
- Heat a pan or griddle over stove top medium heat
- Melt butter over pan as to where there is a layer of melted butter over pan
- Cut brie into about 1/8 inch slices and place on bread, on other piece of bread generously spread jam
- Place together sandwich and place onto heated pan flipping after 3 – 4 minutes, while flattening sandwich occasionally
