Is it Better to Fry or Bake Chicken Wings?
Most people associate deep-fried chicken with tender, juicy meat. And when it comes to cooking the breast, that’s absolutely true. But when you’re talking about a part of the bird that has high fat content (the dark meat), deep frying becomes redundant. Not to mention you lose the caramelization of the skin normally achieved in the roasting process.
Our take? Bake the wings.
Pro Tip: Use an air fryer for the best of both worlds. We love ours!
How Does Gordon Ramsay Make Chicken Wings?
Funny enough, Google has decided that our little site is an expert on all things Gordon Ramsay. So we like to throw GR tidbits in with our own recipes occasionally.
To answer a frequently asked question, How Does Gordon Ramsay Make Chicken Wings, he bakes the wings first. And then tosses them in a sauce. We bake our wings after saucing to create more depth of flavor, but feel free to make a change here if you’d like!
